1. Delivery Area

Swasth Family currently delivers to selected partner apartment communities and surrounding areas as shown at checkout. Availability is limited to the areas and apartments listed on our offers page and shop.

2. Delivery Model

Orders placed from a partner apartment are fulfilled from stock held at that same apartment and delivered locally by a Swasth Family delivery partner, typically within the same day. Orders placed from a non-partner address follow standard delivery timelines and may incur a delivery fee shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Confirmation

For your security, deliveries from partner apartments are confirmed using a one-time OTP shared with you before handover. Please have this ready when your delivery partner arrives.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment and depend on your delivery type (partner apartment vs. regular address) and order value.

5. Delays

While we aim for fast local delivery, delays may occur due to stock availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified by email of any status changes to your order.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order status anytime from My Orders in your account, and you'll receive email updates as your order is confirmed, goes out for delivery, and is delivered.
