To process and deliver your orders, verify your account via OTP, send order and delivery status updates by email, operate the apartment-partner and delivery-partner programs, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share the minimum necessary order and contact details with the delivery partner assigned to your order, the partner apartment fulfilling it, and our payment processor (Razorpay), solely to complete your delivery and payment.
